Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you about some of the most passionate and amazing people and organizations I’ve come across. I based my selection on high quality endeavors, sustainable efforts and careful consideration of impact on others. I also based my selection on the Rotary International Four Way Test:
- Is it the Truth?
- Is it Fair to all concerned?
- Will it build Goodwill and better Friendships?
- Will it be Beneficial to all concerned?
I have no personal gain from telling these stories other than a satisfaction that you may become inspired and motivated to start something amazing too, whether it be large or small, local or international.
I do not advocate any contributions to these causes, although most have an IRS 501 C3 status as a charitable institution or do not ask for monetary donations.
